Wires, Pole & Sky, Carter's Valley TN 2010 © jwlI rewatched the film William Eggleston In The Real World this evening. It has a quiet elegance to it that compliments Eggleston's photography. It is nice to take the time to see how other photographers work, both in the field and in the mind. After watching the film I got to thinking of this image that I made last weekend while I was back home in Tennessee. I feel it has a quality within it that nods to the influence of Eggleston.
