Down Down Down

Promenade, 2009 © Chris Miller

I just took down the latest (and quite outstanding) show by Chris Miller. The work was on the walls for a short time, but I am glad it was here. Often times I feel a bit uninspired and in those times it is nice to be surrounded by someone else's work. This was one of the true benefits of running the gallery before moving to the WAR ROOM.

Thanks to Chris and everyone who attended the little party we through two weeks ago. Hopefully we can have another shindig soon.

Chris Miller Postponed 'Til 2009

Chris has been working his little fingers to the bone in preparation for his next show here at the gallery. Originally scheduled for June 2008, we have decided that it would be better to push the show into 2009. The breadth and amount of detail going into Chris’ new work warrant that the show be given more time. Time on the wall, time on the easel, and time for Chris to spend outside the studio for a cigarette or two. We are also throwing around the idea of a small publication of this new work, so the extra time you spend waiting to see this work will be repaid with a little something to take home with you. Be ready in October 2009 to be taken into a new world with Chris Miller as your guide.

For now, there are still Giclee editions of the three Miller images above. These paintings have been sold into private collections for some time, but you can own one of your own in the form of an inexpensive fine art edition. Currently in stock are 20”x24” editions limited to 10 and we are working on an edition of fun and affordable 8”x10” and 11”x14” editions of 25. Feel free to contact us if you have interest in these soon to be sold out editions.
